Consultant- brand partnerships (textile)

Plastics For Change has developed an ethical sourcing platform that connects waste collectors with global brands to provide a consistent supply of high quality recycled polyester from fair trade supply chains. We are proud to be the largest source of fair trade verified recycled plastic service brands like The Body Shop and L'Oreal (link to L'Oreal case study )

Key Duties and Key Responsibilities-

●      Qualify prospect partners

●      Make effective presentations with industry partners to transfer enthusiasm

●      Follow up with leads with diplomatic persistency

●      Oversee a smooth sampling process with clients

●      Oversee the line trialing and validation of new material with clients

●      Manage sales funnel in CRM tool (Hubspot)

●      Engage with clients at trade showw 

●      Nurture customer relationship and ensure customer happiness

Skills & Expertise

●      6+ years of experience with sales responsibilities in a high-paced rapid growth environment

●      Sales / Customer relationship management

●      Experience and success in preparing for, negotiating

●      Understanding of plastics, polyester and textile industry. 

●      Attention to detail when calling operational processes, both internally and with external partners

●      Negotiation skills. Understanding costs and pricing based on the best value for clients and Plastics for Change.

●      Managing multiple projects in a manner that focuses the team and drives results

●      Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team

●      Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the mission of Plastics For Change

●      Fluent in English.

CTC-

As per Industry Standards, Performance Bonus, Medical Insurance and Fixed Travel Allowance.
