Job Description
This is a full-time role for an Associate- Supply Partner Compliance at Plastics For Change located in Chennai, the associate will closely work in collaboration with 3 to 4 Supply Partners ( 3 to 4 ) and Supply Partner Relationship Manager to ensure statutory compliance at the Supply Partner level. As an Associate- Supply Partner Compliance, you will be responsible for capacity building, implementing, managing and overseeing fair trade standards and statutory compliance at the Supply Partner level. Also, achieve WFTO, OBP and any other certification standards at Supply Partner level as required by PFC, and take responsibility to pass internal and external audits. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams. Also, responsible for implementing the industry best practices and designing methodologies, tools and SoP that contribute towards smooth compliance management.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required
● Freshers with Master’s Degree in Social Work (HRD specialisation) /LLB.
● 1 to 2 years of experience in the field of HR or Compliance will be an added advantage.
● Strong understanding of fair trade & compliance management.
● Should be self motivated and have the ability to deliver & measure results individually on time.
● Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for sustainability and fair trade business practices.
● Experience in working in a start-up/scale-up and fast-paced environment is preferred.
● Experience in fair trade or fair labour practices is a plus.
● Fluency in English(read, write and speak), Tamil (read, write and speak) and Hindi (read & speak) are preferred.
CTC/Compensation
As per industry standards, performance bonus, medical Insurance and fixed travel allowance.
